Anibito, anime ve manga takip ve keşif uygulamasıdır. Bu politika hangi verileri topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı ve haklarını açıklar.

Topladığımız veriler

Hesap: e-posta, görünen ad ve avatar (Firebase Authentication; Apple veya Google ile giriş).

Etkinlik ve içerik: izleme listen ve ilerlemen, favorilerin, puanların, incelemelerin, yorumların, listelerin, bölüm günlüğün, takip ettiğin ve engellediğin kişiler, gönderdiğin şikayetler.

İçe aktarma: MyAnimeList, AniList veya Kitsu kullanıcı adını girersen o servisteki herkese açık listeni bir kez okuyup izleme listene ekleriz. Kullanıcı adını saklamayız.

Satın alma: Anibito+ alırsan abonelik kayıtların (ürün, satın alma ve yenileme tarihleri, aboneliğin durumu) RevenueCat aracılığıyla App Store’dan gelir. Kart ve ödeme bilgilerin Apple’da kalır; biz görmeyiz.

Teknik: cihaz dili, uygulama sürümü, çökme raporları, uygulama içi kullanım olayları (hangi ekranın açıldığı gibi), bildirimlere izin verdiysen bildirim jetonu ve isteklerin gerçek Anibito uygulamasından geldiğini doğrulayan Firebase App Check bilgisi.

Konum, rehber, fotoğraf arşivi veya ödeme bilgisi TOPLAMAYIZ. Paylaşım kartını fotoğraflarına kaydetmek yalnızca sen seçtiğinde ve cihazında olur. Reklam göstermeyiz, seni başka şirketlerin uygulamalarında izlemeyiz.

Verileri nasıl kullanırız

Listelerini cihazların arasında senkronlamak, profilini göstermek, açtığın bildirimleri iletmek, şikayetleri incelemek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek, hataları düzeltmek ve uygulamayı geliştirmek için.

Anime/manga içeriği

Katalog bilgileri MyAnimeList verilerinden (Tenrai aracılığıyla) gelir. Anibito, MyAnimeList ile bağlantılı değildir; bu içeriğin sahibi değiliz ve doğruluğu garanti edilmez. Fragmanlar YouTube üzerinden oynatılır; oynattığında YouTube'un koşulları ve gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar

Firebase (Google): kimlik doğrulama ve App Check.

OneSignal: anlık bildirim.

RevenueCat: Anibito+ abonelikleri (App Store satın alma kayıtları ve abonelik durumu). Aboneliği hesabına bağlamak için e-postanı değil, Anibito kullanıcı kimliğini paylaşırız.

Firebase Crashlytics (Google): çökme raporları; cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü ile Anibito kullanıcı kimliği.

Amplitude (ABD): ürün analitiği; hangi ekranların ve özelliklerin kullanıldığı. IP adresi gönderilmez; kullanıcı kimliği olarak e-posta değil Anibito kimliği kullanılır.

Umami (kendi sunucumuzda): web sitesi ziyaret sayıları.

Kendi API sunucularımız ve veritabanımız: hesabın ve içeriğin burada saklanır. İnceleme çevirisi de kendi sunucumuzda çalışan çeviri servisiyle yapılır.

Bu sağlayıcılar verileri yurt dışındaki sunucularda işleyebilir.

Web sitesi (anibito.app)

anibito.app çerez kullanmaz ve seni başka sitelerde izlemez. Ziyaretleri kendi sunucumuzda çalışan, çerezsiz bir ölçüm aracıyla (Umami) sayarız: görüntülenen sayfa, geldiğin site, ülke, cihaz, tarayıcı ve işletim sistemi türü ve sitedeki düğmelere dokunuşlar (mağaza, paylaşım ve takvim düğmeleri gibi). Uygulama indirme kartının ekranda görülüp görülmediğini ve sayfanın ne kadar aşağısında dokunulduğunu da sayarız; bu da seni tanımlamaz.

IP adresini saklamayız; yalnızca ülkeyi bulmak ve aynı ziyareti iki kez saymamak için kullanılır. Sayılar yalnızca toplu olarak tutulur, kimseyle paylaşılmaz ve reklam için kullanılmaz. Tarayıcında "Beni izleme" (Do Not Track) açıksa ziyaretin sayılmaz.

İlk ziyaretteki çerez bilgisi şeridini ya da sayfanın altındaki uygulama çubuğunu kapattığında bunu yalnızca tarayıcın hatırlar; bu kayıt çerez değildir, seni tanımlamaz ve bize gönderilmez.

Android sürümü için e-posta adresini bırakırsan, onu yalnızca Android sürümü çıktığında sana haber vermek için saklarız; başka bir amaçla kullanmayız ve kimseyle paylaşmayız. Silinmesini istersen support@anibito.app adresine yaz.

"Benim 9 animem" kartında seçtiğin animeler ve yazdığın ad yalnızca sayfanın adresinde durur; kart tarayıcında çizilir ve hiçbir yere kaydedilmez, o sayfanın ziyaretleri de adresin bu kısmı olmadan sayılır. Takvim aboneliği seçtiğin animeleri bağlantının içinde taşır; takvim uygulaman bu bağlantıyı düzenli olarak ister, bu istekler seninle eşleştirilmez ve ziyaret sayımına girmez.

Paylaşım

Verilerini SATMAYIZ. Herkese açık profilin, incelemelerin, yorumların ve herkese açık listelerin diğer kullanıcılarca görülebilir. Gizli hesabı açarsan incelemelerini, listelerini ve takip listelerini yalnızca senin takip ettiğin kişiler görür; adın, fotoğrafın ve ortak başlıklardaki yorumların görünmeye devam eder.

Saklama ve silme

Hesabını istediğin an Ayarlar > Hesap > Hesabı sil ile kaldırabilirsin; bu işlem sunucularımızdaki verilerini ve RevenueCat’teki abonelik kaydını kalıcı olarak siler. Hesabı silmek bir App Store aboneliğini iptal etmez; iptal için App Store abonelik ayarlarını kullan. Çökme ve analitik kayıtları sağlayıcıların saklama süreleri dolunca silinir.

Hakların

Verilerine erişme (Ayarlar > Verilerin), düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakkın vardır (KVKK ve GDPR). Talepler için bize yaz.

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaş (AB'de 16) altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.

Güvenlik

Makul teknik önlemler alırız; ancak hiçbir yöntem %100 güvenli değildir.

Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz; güncel tarih üstte belirtilir.

Privacy Policy

Anibito is an anime and manga tracking and discovery app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

Account: email, display name and avatar (Firebase Authentication; sign in with Apple or Google).

Activity and content: your watchlist and progress, favorites, ratings, reviews, comments, lists, episode journal, who you follow and block, and reports you send.

Import: if you enter a MyAnimeList, AniList or Kitsu username, we read that public list from the service once and add it to your watchlist. We do not store the username.

Purchases: if you buy Anibito+, your subscription records (the product, purchase and renewal dates, the subscription's status) come from the App Store through RevenueCat. Your card and payment details stay with Apple; we never see them.

Technical: device language, app version, crash reports, in-app usage events (such as which screen opened), a push token if you allow notifications, and Firebase App Check data that verifies requests come from the genuine Anibito app.

We do NOT collect location, contacts, your photo library or payment details. Saving a share card to Photos happens only when you choose to, on your device. We show no ads and do not track you across other companies' apps.

How we use it

To sync your lists across devices, show your profile, deliver notifications you opt into, review reports and prevent abuse, fix crashes and improve the app.

Anime/manga content

Catalog data comes from MyAnimeList (via Tenrai). Anibito is not affiliated with MyAnimeList; we do not own this content and cannot guarantee its accuracy. Trailers play through YouTube; when you play one, YouTube's terms and privacy policy apply.

Service providers

Firebase (Google): authentication and App Check.

OneSignal: push notifications.

RevenueCat: Anibito+ subscriptions (App Store purchase records and subscription status). To link a subscription to your account we share your Anibito user id, not your email.

Firebase Crashlytics (Google): crash reports; device model, OS and app version, with your Anibito user id.

Amplitude (US): product analytics; which screens and features are used. No IP address is sent; the user id is your Anibito id, not your email.

Umami (on our own server): website visit counts.

Our own API servers and database: your account and content are stored there. Review translation runs on a translation service on our own servers.

These providers may process data on servers outside your country.

Website (anibito.app)

anibito.app uses no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites. We count visits with a cookieless tool running on our own server (Umami): the page viewed, the site you came from, country, device, browser and operating system type, and taps on the site's buttons (such as the store, share and calendar buttons). We also count whether the app download card was seen and how far down the page it was tapped; this doesn't identify you either.

We don't store your IP address; it is only used to find the country and to avoid counting the same visit twice. The counts are kept only in aggregate, never shared and never used for ads. With your browser's Do Not Track on, your visit isn't counted.

When you close the cookie notice shown on a first visit, or the app bar at the bottom of a page, only your browser remembers that; the note isn't a cookie, doesn't identify you and is never sent to us.

If you leave your email for the Android version, we keep it only to tell you when the Android version is out; we don't use it for anything else or share it. To have it deleted, write to support@anibito.app.

On the "My 9 anime" card, the anime you pick and the name you type live only in the page's address; the card is drawn in your browser and saved nowhere, and that page's visits are counted without that part of the address. A calendar subscription carries the anime you picked inside its link; your calendar app asks for that link now and then, and those requests aren't matched to you or counted as visits.

Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. Your public profile, reviews, comments and public lists can be seen by other users. With a private account, only people you follow see your reviews, lists and connections; your name, photo and comments in shared threads stay visible.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account any time in Settings > Account > Delete account, which permanently removes your data from our servers and your subscription record at RevenueCat. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in your App Store subscription settings. Crash and analytics records are deleted when the providers' retention periods end.

Your rights

You can access (Settings > Your data), correct and delete your data and object to its processing (GDPR, KVKK). Write to us for any request.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (16 in the EEA).

Security

We take reasonable measures, but no method is 100% secure.
